The Airline trail is steep, so make sure you’re ready and willing, and the final part of the hike requires climbing over rocks. That being said, it’s absolutely stunning and the views were some of the most impressive we’ve seen. There are also a couple of nice waterfalls/ water crossings on the way. Go for it!” – Jonathan K
“Definitely one of the best summit views I’ve seen in a while. Climbing up this mountain is not easy, that’s for sure, but it makes you really earn your prize at the end. The trail we took was absolutely stunning, and packed with gorgeous waterways, woodland vistas and alpine magnificence. The only places I can say compare are Mount Lafayette and Mount Washington. Consider staying at Madison hut, Crag Camp or Gray Knob overnight for some extra fun or romance. A bucket list spot if you are physically and mentally ready! – Alex G
