It takes about 3-4 weeks for the ring creation process at our stores. Custom designing more than a process - it's an experience. We bring dreams to life with jewelry that is handcrafted, intentional, and excellent. After a consultation, our Master Jewelers bring the idea to life using computer rendering. In 3-D and inspect it from all angles to ensure every detail is perfect. Once approved, our Master Jeweler creates a wax model to touch, hold, and wear. Then our certified Gemologist and MasterJeweler work in tandem to select the stones, cast the design, and prepare other materials for the creation - all in our jewelry store.

Actually, a funny proposal happened last week. A client came in at 5:30pm (we close at 6) and needed to get a ring that evening! Luckily, we found one that was pre-made, and he loved it. He was in and out in 20 minutes. The best part was that he was speaking about a concert he wanted to attend that evening, but couldnt find tickets. One of our employees overheard, made a phone call, and within 5 minutes found him tickets. The employee met the client at the venue and gave him the tickets, also to find out that the gentleman had already proposed and she was wearing the ring already! The fastest proposal and ring purchase we've ever experienced at our jewelery store.
